We all know how important it is to challenge our minds. It not only keeps them in good working order, it helps to prevent many of the problems associated with aging. That’s why it’s so important to read, see, and do new things. Our brains love it.
Something else we should be doing is paying more attention to what we eat. It’s not only important to our “below the neck” health, it’s just as important to our “above the neck” health.
