…..the Horoscopes!

A few months ago I wrote about horoscopes on Self Help Daily. I told how I never let a day go by without reading mine – (and sometimes even other people’s!). Don’t get me wrong, I don’t believe they hold any power or influence over my day, let alone my life. Are there sometimes freakish coincedences? Yep. Do they make me raise an eyebrow? Both. But the stars don’t control anybody’s destiny – we, alone, have that power.

You might be wondering right about now, “Okay, nut job, why DO YOU READ THEM THEN?”

Answer: Because the advice if priceless – literally priceless, as I’ve never paid for a horoscope yet. There are days when the words in my paragraph hit me like a ton of chocolate (better than bricks). There are other days when my own paragraph doesn’t jump start my day one bit, but my husband’s inspires me to fight hell with a water gun.

If you like motivational writing, look no further than the horoscopes. I have mine right on my MSN Homepage. It comes from AstroCenter.com – and they’re just awesome.

Part of today’s, for example, was:

Don’t try to undo things that cannot be undone. Simply accept your mistakes and move on. There is a whole world out there for you to explore and conquer, so try not to get cooped up and trapped in your own little box.

Great advice, whether you’re a Leo or not!

Make each moment count double,
