Run For Your Life!

According to a study from Japan’s Nihon Fukushi University, jogging for 30 minutes twice a week stimulates brain function. Not only do joggers perform better on tests and remember more than nonjoggers, they also improve their own prerunning scores.

As a bonus, jogging burns 330 calories per half hour, so if you have the stamina - run with it!
