More Cold Prevention

Here’s another way to ward off colds and the miseries they bring:

The American Journal of Preventive Medicine showed that people who gargled with water three times a day were one-third less likely to catch a cold than those who didn’t.

The researchers believe the gargling may cleanse germs from the throat before they have time to spread further and do their mojo. Sounds reasonable.
