How To Exercise An Open Mind

October 29, 2005 by Joi Leave a Comment

Here’s a link to a WikiHow and a post that will give you at least 35 ways to exercise your mind.

My wife, Joi, is always telling you that Out Of Bounds is best read with an open mind and here’s several ways to expand yours.

Maybe she’ll give you extra credit or something.

Credit goes to LifeHack.org for pointing the way.

Via their website :

” Simply put, all one needs to grow his/her brain is to do unique, random, different, and ridiculous things as often as possible. One hour of increased brain activity via thinking a lot or experiencing new stimuli can make you smarter, more energetic, more creative, and more sociable. Here are some of the endless numbers of activities that can stimulate your brain. The one key ingredient is to have an open mind. “

Go by and add to their list and help the expansion of minds around the world and in Kentucky !
