Alzheimer can be prevented through small basic routine activities and taking out few minutes a day to work on your inner self and your mind without worrying about money, career, family or anything. trust me When I was working in a long term care center I have seen some of the residents who were very highly educated people in their prime like there was a doctor who was neurologist but later we should see his condition! He was not able to recognize his own family and then there was a architect who would whole day sit in his room and would not identify even his carers. So  moral of the story is rather than worry about your family or career whole day take some time to occupy your mind in good refreshing activities like sudoku or other stuffs which stimulate your brain.</description>
