Thank-you for the wonderful reminder of the harms of always being a critic. Living with a person who always put's you down is very draining and disheartening.

The wonderful thing is that we all have the power to be someone who builds our loved ones up instead of dragging them down. It's your choice, what are you going to be...the sunshine or the dark cloud?....someone people run to or someone they run from?

Good article with noteworthy message, Joi. Finding faults and criticizing others has no value or reason. It would be a pessimistic approach.
But being optimistic, makes us to accept life as it comes, happily. This gives us confidence to live and kindness to be friendly with people who live around us.
Keep it up!
